KEY FEATURES

The GO SERVICE TRAILER is a fully customisable mobile support platform. On-board diesel air compressor, solar charging, multi-compartment fluid storage and drawbar pump bay deliver everything your site team needs for equipment maintenance and refuelling in one towed package.

Powerful on-board diesel-driven air compressor eliminates dependency on site generators. Delivers consistent compressed air for tools, pneumatic equipment and inflation. Fuel-efficient operation reduces running costs and emissions on remote sites.

Roof-mounted solar array charges 12V auxiliary batteries, powering lighting, sensors and electrical equipment. Reduces reliance on external power sources and generators, ideal for remote operations and night deployments.

Multiple self bunded tank sections store diesel, hydraulic oil, lubricants and greases in segregated compartments. Each section is self bunded to 110% capacity, meeting environmental and regulatory requirements. Customise volumes to match your fluid needs.

Porthole-style level indicators on each tank section provide clear visibility of fluid levels. No guesswork – operators can instantly see when refilling is needed, reducing downtime and ensuring adequate supply throughout the deployment.

Fully bunded, weatherproof pump bay mounted on the drawbar. Ready for 12V or 24V pump installation. DN40 suction with pre-installed foot valve. Two lockable reverse-opening doors protect dispensing equipment from site dust and weather.

All fluid compartments are self bunded to 110% capacity, meeting AS1940 environmental requirements. Integrated bunding captures spills and prevents contamination. Approved for diesel, oil, grease and lubricant storage in sensitive environments.

DEPLOYMENT & SITE REQUIREMENTS

The GO SERVICE TRAILER is designed for remote site deployment. Ensure your operation and tow vehicle meet these requirements for safe and compliant use.

Suitable Tow VehicleVehicle must have the correct tow capacity and hitch type. The GO SERVICE TRAILER's weight depends on custom configuration and fluid load. Consult our team for your specific trailer weight and confirm your vehicle's tow rating.
Level Parking on SitePark on a level hardstand or compacted surface to ensure stable operation of the air compressor and fluid dispensing. Use wheel chocks and the parking brake to prevent movement.
Air Compressor OperationThe diesel air compressor requires adequate ventilation during operation. Do not operate in enclosed spaces or where exhaust fumes could accumulate. Ensure fuel supply is maintained for continuous operation.
Solar Panel ExposurePosition the trailer to maximise solar panel exposure to sunlight during deployment. This ensures adequate charging of auxiliary 12V batteries for lighting and electrical systems.
Fluid Handling & Spill PreventionWhen dispensing or refilling fluid compartments, use drip trays and ensure all connections are secure. The self bunded design provides secondary containment, but proper handling prevents unnecessary spillage.
Safety & ComplianceEnsure all fluid compartments are clearly labelled with contents and hazard warnings. Comply with all ADG Code, AS1692 and AS1940 requirements. Maintain records of fluid types and quantities stored.
