Diesel

Vane pumps (12V/24V/240V) from 50–200lpm. The most common pump type. Choose voltage based on your power supply — 12V for portable, 240V for fixed site.

Oil & Lubricants

Pneumatic piston pumps (3:1 or 5:1 ratio). Requires compressed air at 6–8 bar. Available for drums, IBCs, and bulk tanks.

PIUSI Grease Drum Pump

Grease

50:1 piston pumps for high-pressure grease dispensing. Drum and pail packages available. Requires compressed air.

AdBlue and DEF CON Pump Bay setup

AdBlue

Dedicated pumps with stainless steel wetted parts. 12V, 24V, and 240V. IBC kits and bulk transfer options. NEVER use diesel pumps for AdBlue.

Power source: Vehicle battery, standalone battery, solar.
No electrician needed.

ADAM BY PIUSI Pump 24V DC 85lpm - GO Fill

24V DC

Best for: Heavy vehicles (trucks, buses) with 24V electrical systems.
Flow rate: 50–85lpm typical.
Power source: Vehicle battery.
Less common than 12V or 240V.

240V AC

Best for: Fixed-site installations with mains power. Depots, workshops, tank farms.

Best for: Oil, grease, and off-grid applications.
Air: 6–8 bar compressed air for piston and diaphragm pumps.
