Fleet Refuelling - On-Site Fuel Storage for Fleets
Every trip to a service station costs your fleet time and money — driver downtime, retail fuel pricing, and zero accountability for who pumped what. On-site refuelling with a self-bunded tank eliminates all three. Your drivers fuel up at the depot before they leave, you buy diesel at wholesale rates, and every litre is tracked by driver, vehicle, and odometer reading.
GO Fill supplies the complete on-site refuelling chain — from the tank to the nozzle — sized for fleets from 5 vehicles to 500+.

Match the Tank to Your Fleet Size
Every fleet is different. We’ll help you size the right tank, pump, and management system for your vehicle count, daily consumption, and delivery cycle.

Small Fleets (5–15 vehicles)
A GO BOX 2,000L–5,000L with a 12V or 240V pump kit is the entry point for on-site refuelling. Portable, AS1940 compliant, and ready to deploy in a day. No bunding compound needed.

Medium Fleets (15–50 vehicles)
GO STORE 5,500L–16,000L tanks with integrated pump bays, overfill protection, and high-flow 240V pumps. Add a Piusi FMS for driver-level fuel tracking and accountability.

Large Depots (50+ vehicles)
GO CON containerised tanks from 12,000L to 110,000L. Multi-tank linking, bowser dispensing, FMS access control, and tank gauging for full depot-scale fuel management.

Fleet Refuelling FAQ
Use this text to share information about your product or shipping policies.
How much can I save with on-site refuelling?
Most fleets save 15–25% on fuel costs by buying wholesale diesel instead of retail. Additional savings come from eliminated driver downtime (30+ minutes per service station visit), reduced vehicle wear from detours, and lower administration costs through automated FMS reporting.
Do I need council approval for a fuel tank?
In most Australian states, self-bunded tanks under 25,000L that meet AS1940 can be installed without a development permit. You may need to notify your local fire authority. GO Fill tanks are AS1940 compliant out of the box — we can advise on your specific state and council requirements.
How does fuel accountability work?
Piusi FMS uses electronic keys to identify each driver. Before dispensing, the driver presents their key, enters vehicle rego and odometer reading. The system logs every transaction — who pumped, how much, which vehicle, date and time. Reports are available on-device, via USB, or through Agilis cloud software.
What size tank do I need for my fleet?
Calculate your fleet’s daily diesel consumption and multiply by your delivery cycle (typically 7–14 days) plus 20% buffer. A 20-vehicle fleet averaging 80L per vehicle per day needs approximately 11,000–16,000L for weekly delivery, or 5,500–8,000L for twice-weekly delivery.
