Returns & Refund Policy – GO Fill (GO Industrial Pty Ltd)

GO Fill is a subsidiary brand of GO Industrial Pty Ltd. All returns, refunds and exchanges are processed under the policies and trading terms of GO Industrial Pty Ltd.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Any custom-made, cut-to-length, or special-order products


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank to confirm processing time.

  4. If you still have not received it, email sales@goind.com.au.


Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are not refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email sales@goind.com.au

  2. Send your item to:

Gift

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


Shipping for Returns

To return your product, send it to:

Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Ensuring adequate packaging

  • Using a trackable or insured service (recommended for items over $75)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted.


Important Notes for B2B (Business-to-Business) Customers

Most GO Fill customers are businesses purchasing for commercial or industrial use. In these cases:

  • Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees may not apply, as most B2B purchases are not considered “consumer” purchases under the ACL.

  • Products sold for resale, commercial use, or industrial application typically fall under commercial terms.

  • Faulty or defective items will still be assessed in line with ACL obligations where applicable, and under GO Industrial Pty Ltd’s own warranty and service commitments.

  • Custom-built, configured, or special-order equipment (common across fuel, fluid-handling equipment) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
