SHIPPING & FREIGHT POLICY — GO FILL (GO INDUSTRIAL PTY LTD)

FREIGHT CONDITIONS

All freight ex-works GO Fill / GO Industrial Pty Ltd is carried out strictly at the customer’s risk, unless otherwise required by non-excludable rights under Australian law.

As GO Fill primarily supplies business and industrial customers, freight terms follow standard commercial practices. Customers are responsible for arranging adequate insurance for all shipments.


EX-WORKS & CPT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the INCOTERM of our offer is:

CPT – Carriage Paid To

  • GO Fill arranges and pays for freight to the agreed destination.

  • Risk transfers to the Customer upon pickup by the carrier from GO Industrial’s warehouse.

  • Once goods are collected by the carrier, the Customer assumes all responsibility for:

    • Loss

    • Damage

    • Delay

    • Additional freight charges

    • Insurance coverage

     


OVERNIGHT EXPRESS DELIVERIES

For all Overnight Express shipments:

  • Delivery must be to a physical address (no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers).

  • The customer must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • If the driver attempts delivery and no one is available, a $20 futile delivery fee may apply, charged by the carrier.


DAMAGE, LOSS OR DELAY IN TRANSIT

GO Fill / GO Industrial Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for:

  • Goods damaged in transit

  • Goods lost in transit

  • Late delivery or carrier-related delays

The Customer is responsible for ensuring their goods are appropriately insured to cover any loss or damage during transport.

If damage occurs:

  1. Take photos immediately.

  2. Annotate the Proof of Delivery (POD) with “Damaged on arrival.”

  3. Lodge a claim directly with the freight carrier.

We can assist with documentation upon request, but the carrier claim remains the Customer’s responsibility.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure smooth delivery, the Customer must:

  • Provide full and accurate delivery details.

  • Ensure adequate access for trucks, forklifts or tail-lift if required.

  • Arrange unloading equipment (e.g., forklifts) where applicable.

  • Ensure personnel are on site during business hours or scheduled delivery windows.

  • Inspect goods upon arrival and report freight issues immediately to the carrier.


SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR TANKS, HEAVY EQUIPMENT & OVERSIZED ITEMS

For BOX self-bunded tanks, pumps, hose reels and other bulky industrial goods:

  • Delivery may require forklift access.

  • Tail-lift deliveries may not be available due to weight/size restrictions.

  • Extra fees may apply for residential or restricted-access locations.

  • Failed delivery attempts may incur re-delivery charges by the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT (IF APPLICABLE)

For export shipments:

  • Terms follow the quoted INCOTERM (e.g., EXW, CPT or FOB).

  • Customs duties, local import taxes and clearance charges are the Customer’s responsibility.

  • Freight risk transfers per the agreed INCOTERM.
