Common Questions
How does the key access system work?
Each authorised user has a unique electronic key (yellow user key). The user presents their key to the reader on the pump controller, enters optional vehicle/odometer data, and the system activates the pump. Every transaction is logged against that user's key ID.
Can I connect FMS to my existing fleet management software?
Piusi Agilis software exports data in standard formats (CSV, Excel) for import into fleet management and accounting systems. Direct API integration depends on your software platform — contact us for compatibility advice.
How many users can the system support?
Piusi FMS systems support up to 2,000 user keys depending on the model. Manager keys control user provisioning, permissions, and system configuration. Lost or stolen keys are easily deactivated from the manager menu.
Do I need cloud connectivity?
Not necessarily. Standalone FMS units store transaction data on-device and can be downloaded via USB. Cloud connectivity (via Agilis USB or MC models) adds remote monitoring, multi-site consolidation, and automated reporting — useful for larger fleets or multi-depot operations.
