We're Equipment Specialists

GO Industrial is a forward-thinking designer, manufacturer and supplier of fluid handling equipment. We believe in making equipment more accessible for everyone, and we take real pride in building a community around the products we supply.

Our range of diesel, petrol, aviation fuel, lubricants and AdBlue storage and dispensing equipment runs in mining, civil, road transport, government and power generation sites right across the country. We're a specialist distributor, service and warranty provider for Graco and Piusi, and a manufacturer in our own right. More than an online store: a vibrant team driven by teamwork and empathy.

B2B sales enthusiasts, we want to hear from you. If you're highly motivated and experienced in industrial sales with a passion for all-things-equipment, you'll be the driving force behind our inbound and outbound efforts: managing customer inquiries, collaborating with suppliers, and supporting the sales and marketing teams.

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, online chat and social
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers
  • Process sales orders and ensure smooth transactions from first contact to follow-up
  • Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery of products
  • Support sales and marketing with administrative tasks and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge

About you

  • Proven experience in B2B industrial sales
  • Strong understanding of fluid handling equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite, CRM and/or quoting software
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with parts interpreting, spare parts and general technical understanding
  • Current Australian driver's licence

Every great team needs the person who keeps it all running, and that's this role. We're after a naturally organised all-rounder to take charge of the office: a mix of admin, coordination, HR and payroll support, and keeping the place stocked, sharp and welcoming. It's a foundational role with real variety and a front-row seat to how GO works.

What you'll do

  • Keep the office organised, stocked and running smoothly day to day
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and internal communications
  • Support HR with onboarding paperwork, records and recruitment coordination
  • Assist payroll with timesheets, data entry and liaising with our bookkeeper
  • Order and manage office supplies, kitchen, consumables and amenities
  • Keep shared spaces clean, presentable and a place people enjoy working in
  • Handle filing, data entry and general admin across the business
  • Be the friendly first point of contact for the office

About you

  • Naturally organised, you love a tidy system and a tidy space
  • Previous admin, office coordination or office management experience
  • Comfortable across Google/Microsoft Suite
  • Exposure to HR and/or payroll processes, or genuinely keen to learn
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
  • Warm, proactive, and happy juggling lots of small things at once
  • High attention to detail
  • Current Australian driver's licence

Being "Equipment Specialists" is the whole point, and this is the role that lives it. You'll be the person customers trust to spec the right gear: a hands-on product expert across fluid handling, fuel, pumps and dispensing who can read a data sheet, interpret a part, and turn a tricky application into the right solution.

What you'll do

  • Help customers select the right equipment for their application
  • Build quotes and specifications for tanks, pumps, nozzles and dispensing kit
  • Interpret parts, read data sheets and solve technical problems
  • Liaise with suppliers such as Graco and Piusi on stock, lead times and specs
  • Support the sales team with product knowledge and training
  • Stay across new products, industry trends and applications
  • Get hands-on with product demos, testing and assembly when needed

About you

  • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude, you like understanding how things work
  • Experience with fluid handling, pumps, fuel, industrial or trade equipment, or a transferable hands-on background
  • Parts interpreting and spare parts experience is a big plus
  • Confident translating technical detail into plain English for customers
  • Proficient with Google/Microsoft Suite, CRM and/or quoting software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Current Australian driver's licence
