Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find your answer?
Contact UsWhen should I use 80 mesh instead of 40 mesh?
Use 80 mesh (180 micron) when your transfer line feeds flow meters, electronic nozzles, or FMS-controlled dispensing points. The finer mesh prevents small particles from affecting meter accuracy or nozzle operation.
Can I use this with diesel fuel?
Yes. The stainless steel mesh is fully compatible with diesel, biodiesel, petrol, kerosene, and lubricating oils.
How do I clean the element?
Remove from the housing, rinse with clean solvent or diesel, and blow dry with compressed air. Inspect for tears or mesh damage before reinstalling. Replace if damaged.
