Who dispensed what
The FMS MC Box logs every transaction against a user code. That means you can track fuel draw by driver, vehicle, or department without spreadsheets or guesswork. Sixteen codes cover most small-to-medium fleets; larger operations can chain multiple units.
Access control that sticks
No valid code, no fuel. The box authorises each dispense before the pump runs. It's a straightforward way to stop casual pilferage and keep your fuel budget honest. Wall-mount enclosure keeps the electronics out of harm's way.
