Depots running 10+ trucks, hire yards with casual staff, municipal fleets where fuel theft or misreporting is a budget concern. If you're still reconciling with a logbook and guesswork, this closes the gap.
What it does
RFID tags at the nozzle identify driver and vehicle before the pump runs. Every transaction logs time, user, litres dispensed, and totaliser reading. Web interface lets you pull reports, set user limits, and monitor tank levels (if you add a probe). The pump won't start without a valid tag, so unauthorised fills stop at the source.

Do I need a tank probe for this to work?
No, the controller manages pump access and transaction logging without a probe. A probe is optional if you want live tank level monitoring and low-level alerts. Probes sold separately.

Yes, the FMS Self Service MC includes web-based reporting. Log in from any browser to view transactions, user activity, tank levels, and generate CSV exports for reconciliation.
How many users or vehicles can I track?
The system supports hundreds of RFID tags. Each tag can be assigned to a driver, vehicle, or both, with individual usage limits and time windows. Scalable for growing fleets.
