Clean contaminated fuel fast
Water and sediment in bulk diesel will wreck injectors, clog filters, and cost you downtime. The Filtrol trolley removes both in one pass: a 30μm water separator pulls free water out, then a 5μm particulate filter traps rust, dirt, and solids. 56 L/min flow means you can process a 200-litre drum in under four minutes. Plug into workshop mains, drop the suction line into the contaminated tank, and pump clean fuel out the delivery hose.
Portable between tanks or bays
The trolley frame has wheels and a handle so one person can move the unit between storage tanks, service bays, or bulk fuel deliveries. 3m suction hose and 4m delivery hose give you reach into most tanks without lifting or repositioning the trolley itself. At 14.8 kg complete, you are not wrestling a heavy fixed rig.

A mobile filtration unit with integrated 56 L/min pump, dual-stage filters (5μm particulate and 30μm water separator), hoses, and nozzle on a wheeled trolley. Used to clean contaminated diesel by removing water and solid contaminants before dispensing or storage.
What contamination does it remove?
The 5μm particulate filter traps dirt, rust, and solid debris. The 30μm water separator removes free water from the fuel. It does not remove dissolved water or emulsified contamination.
Can I run it off a generator?
Yes, as long as the generator supplies stable 240V AC at the pump's rated load. Standard workshop or site mains power is typical.
How often do the filter elements need replacing?
Depends on contamination level. Monitor pressure differential or flow rate drop. Water separator bowls have sight glasses so you can see accumulated water. Replace elements when flow drops or pressure rises noticeably. Replacement cartridges are stocked separately.
What warranty and support apply?
