OLE 24V day tank controller monitors fuel levels and automates pump starts to maintain tank reserves without manual oversight.
What it does
The OLE controller watches your day tank and fires up a transfer pump when fuel runs low. Once the tank refills, it shuts the pump down. No site visits to check levels. No risk of running a generator dry because someone forgot to top up the tank.

Stainless steel housing keeps electronics safe from dust, rain, and temperature swings. Common in mining, agricultural, and remote equipment setups where day tanks sit outdoors and you need reliable automation without constant supervision.

- Four inputs used for pump control and fail safe.
- Low level input starts the pump and will keep the pump running until the high level input is triggered.
- In the event that pump fails to start the low low level input will trigger the audible alarm and will signal a BMS system if connected.
- In the event that pump fails to stop the high high level input will trigger the audible alarm and will signal a BMS system if connected.
- Pump relay is 240V, 6 A rated.
- LED indicators change colour to indicate status of system.

- Uses up to 4 float switches, not provided, which come with a 1” BSPT male tank fitting.

What voltage does it require?
