2

Choose contamination-safe equipment

3

Consider a dual-compartment tank

ABOUT THIS RANGE

Purpose-built for AdBlue storage

GO Fill AdBlue tanks feature stainless steel and polyethylene wetted components throughout — critical for preventing contamination that degrades AdBlue quality. Standard diesel tank materials like mild steel, brass, copper, and zinc will contaminate AdBlue and damage SCR systems.

Standalone or dual-compartment

Available as dedicated AdBlue-only tanks or as part of the GO CON-AB dual-compartment configuration — diesel and AdBlue in a single containerised unit with completely independent fill, suction, and dispensing circuits.

Heavy vehicle fleet compliance

Modern diesel engines with SCR systems consume AdBlue at approximately 5% of diesel consumption. On-site AdBlue storage ensures your fleet stays operational without relying on service station top-ups.

FAQ

Common Questions

Why can't I store AdBlue in a standard diesel tank?

AdBlue (urea solution) reacts with mild steel, brass, copper, and zinc — corroding the tank and contaminating the fluid. Contaminated AdBlue damages SCR catalyst systems, which can cost thousands to replace. AdBlue tanks must use stainless steel, HDPE, or polypropylene for all wetted surfaces.

How much AdBlue does a truck use?

Modern Euro 5/6 trucks consume AdBlue at approximately 3–5% of diesel consumption. A truck burning 100L of diesel per day will use 3–5L of AdBlue. Size your storage tank accordingly for your fleet and refill cycle.

Does AdBlue freeze?

Yes, AdBlue freezes at -11°C. In cold climates, consider insulated tanks or heated storage solutions. Frozen AdBlue is not damaged — it returns to full specification once thawed. Never add anti-freeze or any additive to AdBlue.
