Built for aviation fuelling
Aviation refuelling is not diesel dispensing. Static control, contamination control and operator control all matter. The Elaflex ZVF 25 is a manual HIFLO nozzle rated to 140 L/min and 5 bar, built free of non-ferrous metals with an integral 160 micron stainless steel strainer. It runs as a deadman trigger with no hold-open latch, so the operator stays in command of every fill at airfields, private strips and maintenance facilities.
Cap and grounding cable included
The EKG 1200 grounding cable (1200 mm, brass clamp and bolt) bonds aircraft to dispenser during transfer, and the conductive polyamide hand guard helps manage static. The GKG 25 dust cap keeps the Ø 31 mm spout clean between uses - critical when contamination can ground an aircraft. Both come standard, not as extras you source later.

An Elaflex HIFLO manual refuelling nozzle, DN 25 (1"), rated to 140 L/min and 5 bar. It is built free of non-ferrous metals for aircraft and helicopter fuelling and operates as a deadman trigger with no hold-open latch. Supplied with a GKG 25 dust cap and EKG 1200 grounding cable.
Why is it free of non-ferrous metals?
Aviation fuelling requires nozzles that will not introduce spark or contamination risk. The non-ferrous (buntmetallfrei) construction with an integral 160 micron stainless steel strainer is what sets the ZVF aircraft version apart from the standard ZV 25.
What fuels is it suitable for?
Aviation gasoline (Avgas) and Jet A-1. The materials, seals and strainer are specified for aviation fuel service.
Does it have a hold-open latch?
No. The "D" variant is a deadman nozzle - the operator holds the trigger to dispense and releases to stop. This is standard practice for safe aviation refuelling.
What is included and how does it connect?
