Overview

Built for depot work

This isn't a light-duty yard accessory. The ZIPFLUID loading arm is made for sites loading 10, 20, 50 tankers a day where hose handling slows you down and spills cost money. Articulated reach means your operator swings the arm over the hatch, locks the coupling, and starts the load without wrestling 4 inch rubber across the truck deck.

Key benefit

Why loading arms matter

At DN100 flow rates, a manual hose is heavy and awkward. Dragging it creates trip hazards, wears fittings, and increases spillage risk every time you disconnect. A counterbalanced arm keeps the coupling controlled through the whole cycle. Pair it with a dry-break fitting and you've cut your spill volume to near zero.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find your answer?

Contact Us
What is the ZIPFLUID loading arm DN100?

It's an articulated arm for top-loading tankers and bulk tanks through a 100 mm (4 inch) connection. The arm swings into position over the hatch, reducing manual hose handling and spill risk during connect and disconnect.

What size connection does it use?

DN100 (4 inch) nominal bore. The arm is designed to work with dry-break couplings and standard API or camlock fittings at that size, depending on your terminal setup.

Does it need a pump or is it just the arm?

This is the articulated arm assembly only. You'll need a separate transfer pump, metering system, and pipework to supply product to the arm. It's the final link between your fixed plumbing and the tanker hatch.

Can one person operate it safely?

Yes. The spring counterbalance takes most of the weight, so a single operator can swing the arm into position and make the connection without heavy lifting. That's the point of a loading arm over dragging 4 inch hose.

What's the warranty and how do I get support?

12-month warranty on defects. Swivel seals and springs are wear parts. For installation advice, spare parts, or pricing on multiple units, contact sales@goind.com.au or 07 3204 2240.
