ANALOGUE FUEL LEVEL SENSING WITHOUT THE DIGITAL PRICE TAG
900mm stainless steel resistive fuel level sensor, 10-180 ohm output, DN32 (1 1/4) BSP male thread. Suits diesel, petrol, and AdBlue tanks where you need a simple analogue signal for existing gauge or telemetry.
Simple resistive output
This sensor changes resistance as the float travels up and down the 900mm probe. Your existing analogue gauge or telemetry unit reads that 10-180 ohm signal and displays fuel level. No digital calibration, no software, no CANbus integration. Two wires and you're done.
Stainless steel for harsh fuels
Diesel, petrol, and AdBlue all corrode cheaper materials over time. Stainless construction means the probe stays intact through years of service. DN32 BSP male thread is the standard bung size on most mid-range tanks, so you're not hunting for adapters.

A 900mm stainless steel resistive probe that outputs 10-180 ohms as fuel level changes. Connects to analogue gauges or telemetry units via two-wire hookup.
What resistance do I get at empty and full?
10 ohms at the low end of travel (empty), 180 ohms at full extension. Check your gauge spec to confirm compatibility.
Will this fit my tank?
Fits DN32 (1 1/4) BSP female bung. Measure your tank depth: 900mm probe suits tanks roughly 950-1000mm deep, allowing for bung height.
Can I use this with AdBlue?
Yes. Stainless steel construction resists AdBlue corrosion. Ensure your gauge or telemetry unit is also rated for the environment.
What warranty and support do I get?
