What you get
Twelve months of cellular connectivity for one SmartDip probe. The plan covers data transmission from tank to cloud and access to the web dashboard and mobile app. You activate it once, and the probe reports automatically. No SIM cards to buy, no monthly telco invoices to reconcile.
Why it matters
Tank monitoring only works if the data reaches you reliably. This plan uses Australian cellular networks with automatic failover, so you get level alerts and usage logs even at remote sites. When the year is nearly up, you get an email reminder so the probe does not go dark.

It is a 12-month cellular subscription that transmits tank level data from your SmartDip probe to the cloud dashboard. One plan is required per probe.
Does this include the SmartDip probe hardware?
No. This is the data plan only. The SmartDip probe is sold separately. You activate this plan after installing the probe.
What happens when the 12 months expire?
You receive an email reminder before expiry. If you do not renew, the probe stops transmitting and dashboard data freezes. Purchase a new plan to reactivate.
Can I use one plan for multiple probes?
No. Each SmartDip probe requires its own active data plan.
What if I have connectivity problems during the subscription?
