CUT-TO-LENGTH CAPACITIVE SENSING WITH NO MOVING PARTS
Capacitive fuel level sensor with no moving parts, cut-to-length on site to suit your tank. Onsite magnetic calibration, 1/2" BSPT thread. Resistive 10-180Ω or 4-20mA output, in 500mm and 1000mm lengths. A 0-5V output (TLL156) is available on request.
One sensor, cut to your tank
Capacitive sensing has no float and no moving parts, so the probe simply trims to the depth you need on site. The 500mm and 1000mm bodies cover the vast majority of fuel and oil tanks.
Magnetic set-up, no PC needed
Set empty and full with the onsite magnetic calibration kit. Choose resistive 10-180Ω to drive a standard gauge, or 4-20mA to feed a controller or telemetry.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find your answer?
Contact UsHow is the sensor cut to length?
The probe is trimmed on site to suit your tank depth using the calibration/cutting kit (FOZS/K155), then calibrated magnetically. Order the cutting kit and the connector kit (FOZC/K16) alongside the sensor.
Which output should I choose?
Resistive 10-180Ω suits standard dash and panel gauges; 4-20mA suits controllers, PLCs and telemetry. A 0-5V version (TLL156) is available on request.
Does it have a moving float?
No. It is a capacitive sensor with no moving parts, so there is no float to stick, wear or foul.
