MONITOR TANK LEVELS REMOTELY VIA BLUETOOTH WITH 12-YEAR BATTERY LIFE
Non-contact 60GHz radar tank level sensor with Bluetooth 5.0, up to 12-year battery life, IP6K9K casing, and ATEX zone 1 certification. Measures liquid levels in tanks up to 3m deep with ±2cm accuracy, through plastic walls up to 37mm thick or via 1" NPT bung mount.
Read tank levels without breaching the tank
PulseWave uses 60 GHz pulsed coherent radar to read through plastic tank walls up to 37mm thick. Mount it to the top of the tank with the supplied adhesive base, and it reads the liquid surface from the outside. No drilling, no bungs, no risk of leaks. For metal tanks, swap to the 1" NPT adapter and mount through an existing port. Either way, the sensor never touches the fluid.

Set and forget for the life of the tank
The non-replaceable lithium battery is rated for up to 12 years of operation under typical use. That covers a generator tank's full asset life, an AdBlue stillage's depreciation cycle, or the time between major shutdowns on a chemical site. No annual battery swaps, no calendar-based service visits. Install it, register it in the BLE app, and walk away.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find your answer?
Contact UsWhat types of tanks can the PulseWave TEK-920 monitor?
Plastic tanks up to 37mm wall thickness can be read non-invasively by mounting the sensor on top with the adhesive base adapter. Metal tanks need a 1" NPT bung port, where the sensor mounts directly with the NPT adapter. Suitable for diesel, AdBlue, water, oils, and most chemicals.
How does the Bluetooth output work?
The sensor broadcasts level and battery data over Bluetooth 5.0 BLE advertisements. Pair with the free Rochester Universal BLE app on Android or iOS to view current level, ambient temperature, battery state, and historical data. Range is typical for BLE - around 10m line of sight, less through obstructions.
Is the PulseWave certified for hazardous zones?
Yes. Carries ATEX Ex II 1G Ex ia IIA T3 Ga (intrinsically safe, zone 1) and North American Class 1, Division 1, Group D T3 certifications. UKCA Ex (UKEX) approved. Safe for use on petroleum, chemical, and fuel storage where intrinsic safety is required.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 12 years of typical operation on the non-replaceable lithium cell. Battery state is reported via the BLE app and can also be read from the local LCD. The battery is not user-serviceable - when it expires, the unit is replaced rather than rebatteried.
What measuring range and accuracy can I expect?
Measuring range up to 3m with 2mm resolution. Accuracy is ±2cm or ±1% of full scale across the recommended operating temperature (-25°C to +85°C). Wider accuracy (±5cm or ±2% FS) at extreme cold (-40°C to -25°C). Performance is unaffected by dust, pressure, or condensation in the tank.
What about warranty and support?
Manufacturer warranty applies. For application advice, hazardous zone certification queries, or bulk pricing, contact sales@goind.com.au or 07 3204 2240. Lead time is ex-Perth via GTS Gauges - typically 3-5 business days to most metro destinations.
