Auto-failover keeps fuel flowing
If your stationary engine's day tank runs dry, the engine stops and your site loses power or process capacity. This twin-pump skid gives you redundancy: when the duty pump fails, the standby pump cuts in without operator touch. Control panel triggers a relay output and flashing light so you know to service the failed pump, but fuel delivery continues uninterrupted.
Factory-assembled to save site time
Pumps, pipework, and electrical panel are assembled and wired at the factory. You get one skid to mount, two pipe connections (suction and delivery), and a mains feed to terminate. Less on-site welding, less commissioning risk, faster path to operation. Relay output terminals let you tie the alarm into your site's monitoring system.

A factory-built twin-pump skid for diesel day-tank filling. If the duty pump stops, the standby pump kicks in automatically so fuel delivery continues without operator intervention.
What does duty/standby mean in practice?
One pump runs (duty). The other sits idle (standby). If the duty pump fails or loses pressure, the control panel switches to the standby pump and triggers an alarm so you can service the failed unit when convenient.
Can I run both pumps at once for higher flow?
No. This kit is wired for automatic failover, not simultaneous operation. For higher flow, specify a larger single-pump kit or a parallel-capable design.
What's included in the factory assembly?
Skid frame, two pumps, suction and delivery plumbing, electrical control panel, wiring between pumps and panel, alarm light, and relay output terminals. You supply site power and pipe connections to your tanks.
What warranty and support apply?
