Pump, filter, meter, hose, nozzle holder, and electrics all mounted to a single board before it leaves the factory. You're not spending half a day chasing fittings or working out which thread goes where. Bolt the board to your wall or tank stand, connect suction and mains power, and you're dispensing diesel.
Piusi internals at a kit price
The PA1 vane pump and auto shut-off nozzle are Italian-manufactured. The meter is a 3-digit mechanical unit, simple and field-serviceable. A complete diesel transfer kit delivering 70 L/min. Piusi pump, meter, auto nozzle, hose, and all fittings pre-assembled on a mounting board. Plug in 240V and connect suction to your bulk tank.
Does the nozzle stop automatically when the tank's full?
Yes. The Piusi auto shut-off nozzle cuts flow when it senses backpressure from a full tank. You don't need to stand there holding it.
What's included in the electrical setup?
E-stop switch and weatherproof appliance inlet are fitted to the board. You supply mains power to the inlet; the pump wiring is done.
Is the meter accurate enough for billing customers?
It's a mechanical totaliser, accurate for internal fleet tracking. If you're billing third parties or need trade-certified accuracy, you'll want a pulse meter with approved display instead.
What warranty and support do I get?
