Overview

Built for AdBlue and outdoor diesel

AdBlue eats aluminium meters alive. This meter uses 304 stainless steel throughout the wetted path, so it handles AdBlue, diesel, and light oils without corrosion. The 304SS enclosure shrugs off rain, dust, and UV. If your dispenser lives outside or handles AdBlue, this is the construction you need.

Key benefit

Pulse output for digital tracking

Hall-effect sensor sends a low-voltage pulse for each volume increment. Connect it to a flow computer or digital totaliser and you get accurate volume tracking, batch control, and inventory records. No moving contacts to wear out like mechanical pulse meters.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find your answer?

Contact Us
What is the PULSE METER SUS304 DN50?

A flow meter with 304 stainless steel construction and Hall-effect pulse output. DN50 (2 inch) BSP female threads. Sends pulse signal to a totaliser or flow computer for volume tracking in diesel, AdBlue, and light oil applications.

What does Hall-effect pulse output mean?

The meter sends an electronic pulse for each measured volume increment. You connect it to a compatible flow computer or totaliser that counts pulses and displays total litres dispensed.

Why stainless steel instead of aluminium?

AdBlue is highly corrosive to aluminium. 304 stainless resists corrosion from AdBlue, diesel, and moisture. If your system handles AdBlue or lives outdoors long-term, stainless is worth the cost.

Can I use this for petrol?

Not recommended. Petrol applications require ATEX or intrinsically safe certification due to vapour hazard. This meter is designed for diesel and AdBlue where explosion-proof certification is not required.

What is the warranty and how do I get support?

12-month manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and electronics. For installation advice, calibration questions, or bulk orders, contact sales@goind.com.au or 07 3204 2240.
