Piusi Viscomat 230/3 electric gear pump for transferring high-viscosity oils up to 2000 cSt. Delivers 14 L/min at up to 16 bar from 230V single-phase mains, with a built-in adjustable bypass to set delivery pressure. 1 inch BSP ports, IP55 thermal-protected induction motor, aluminium body with sintered steel gears.
Built for thick oils
High-viscosity oils choke ordinary transfer pumps. The Viscomat 230/3 uses a self-priming gear design rated to 2000 cSt, so lubricating, gear and hydraulic oils move cleanly at 14 L/min without cavitation or strain on the motor.
Set your delivery pressure
The built-in adjustable bypass lets you dial in delivery pressure up to 16 bar to suit the line and dispensing point. The IP55 induction motor is thermal-protected with overload protection, and the aluminium body with sintered steel gears is built to be serviced and to last.

High-viscosity oils up to 2000 cSt, including lubricating, gear and hydraulic oils. It is not suitable for diesel, petrol, water or AdBlue.
Is it suitable for hydraulic oil?
Yes. Hydraulic oils sit well within the pump’s 2000 cSt viscosity rating, making it a direct fit for hydraulic oil transfer and top-ups.
What power supply does it need?
It runs on standard 230V single-phase 50Hz mains power, drawing up to 6 A through a 1250 W induction motor.
