Manual nozzle for hand-pump refuelling. Aluminium body with Viton seals, integrated latch, DN20 (3/4 BSP female). Suits petrol, diesel, oil.
What you get
Aluminium body with Viton seals. DN20 (3/4 BSP female) thread that fits most hand pumps. Integrated latch so you can lock the trigger open and walk away while the tank fills. Swivel joint stops the hose twisting when you move the nozzle around the tank neck. 20mm spout diameter suits standard filler necks on utes, machinery, drums.
Hand pump only
This is a manual nozzle. No auto shut-off, no internal valve. Designed for hand-pump setups where flow rates stay under 60 L/min and inlet pressure is low. If you are running a 12V or 240V pump with higher flow or pressure, you need an auto shut-off nozzle instead. This unit will leak or fail under those conditions.

A basic manual nozzle for hand-pump refuelling. DN20 (3/4 BSP female) thread, aluminium body with Viton seals, integrated trigger latch, and swivel to prevent hose kink.
Can I use this with a high-pressure fuel dispenser?
No. This nozzle is rated for hand pumps only. High-pressure dispensers require auto shut-off nozzles built for flow rates above 60 L/min and higher inlet pressures.
What does the integrated latch do?
Lets you lock the trigger open so you can fill hands-free. Squeeze to release. Useful for large tank fills where holding the trigger gets tiring.
Will it handle petrol and diesel?
Yes. Viton seals resist both petrol and diesel. Also suits light oils. Do not use with solvents or corrosive fluids.
What warranty and support do I get?
