The GPK-20KG arrives as one box of working hardware - pump, cart, follower plate, drum cover, hose, valve, swivel, extension. Drop a 20 kg grease drum in, plug in your shop air, and you are dispensing inside ten minutes. No hunting for the right hose fitting, no chasing follower plate sizes, no missing valve.
Double-effect pump, sub-77 dB, made in Italy
The P60:1 470 pumps grease on both the up and down stroke, so output is steady even at high pressure into a long hose. Below 77 dB means it does not own the workshop noise floor. Italian build quality with a 12-month warranty rounds out the kit. Spare parts and replacement hoses stock locally.

Does it include a 20 kg grease drum?
No. The kit is the dispensing hardware only. Buy your grease drum separately from your usual supplier - this kit fits any 12 to 30 kg drum.
What air supply does it need?
4 to 7 bar at a minimum sustained 160 L/min flow. Most workshop compressors handle this. A moisture trap and air filter regulator on the inlet are recommended to extend pump life.
How loud is it?
Below 77 dB - quieter than most pneumatic grease pumps in this class. Comparable to a typical workshop conversation level rather than a power tool.
What pressure does the control valve handle?
7,500 PSI rated, with a 1/4 inch BSPT female inlet. Comes pre-fitted with a Z swivel and 150 mm steel extension and coupler so you can reach grease points behind guards or at awkward angles.
Can I extend the hose?
