120 L/min diesel nozzle with auto shut-off and swivel. Aluminium body keeps it light. Viton seals handle diesel and biodiesel without swelling. 1" BSP thread fits standard fuel hose. Clicks off when the tank's full so you're not standing there watching the level. Swivel rotates with the hose so you're not fighting kinks on long fills or awkward tank angles.
Built for site work
This is the nozzle you bolt to a ute tank or portable bowser for construction site refuelling. Not the cheapest unit on the market, not trying to be. Aluminium body instead of plastic means it survives being dropped on gravel. Auto shut-off means your offsider can fill the excavator without standing over it. Viton seals cost more than nitrile but they last in bio blends.

An auto shut-off diesel nozzle rated at 120 L/min with a swivel base and 1" BSP connection. Aluminium body with Viton seals for diesel and biodiesel.
What does the auto shut-off do?
It stops fuel flow when the tank is full, preventing spills. The mechanism senses back-pressure and clicks the trigger off automatically.
Will this handle biodiesel blends?
Yes. Viton seals are compatible with diesel, biodiesel blends (B20, B100), and heating oil. Not suitable for petrol.
What does the swivel do?
The swivel base rotates with the hose during filling, reducing kinks and strain on the hose. Makes refuelling awkward tanks easier.
What warranty and support is included?
