Bluetooth control replaces wired keypads and kiosks
The 3000 Supreme connects to your phone over Bluetooth and runs the entire dispensing workflow through the Piusi app - per-driver authorisation, per-fill volume tracking, downloadable reports. No keypad to vandalise, no kiosk to wire in, no monthly subscription. Drop the pump on a transportable tank, pair the app once, and your service truck has a fleet-grade fuel management system that travels with it.

Compact in-line plumbing for tight installs
B.V. = Bracket Vertical - the inlet and outlet sit on the vertical axis of the pump body rather than the horizontal. It's the right pick when you're mounting in a tight space, integrating into a custom skid, or feeding into vertical pipework. Same internals as the horizontal version (F00250H00), same 50 lpm at +/- 0.5% accuracy. Just plumbed differently to suit how you're actually building the rig.

B.V. stands for Vertical port orientation. The pump head's inlet and outlet sit vertically rather than horizontally (B.O. = Horizontal). It's a mounting and plumbing decision - same internals, just different port axis. F00250V00 = Vertical, F00250H00 = Horizontal.
Does the pump-only version include a nozzle and hose?
No. The pump-only B.V. version is just the pump head plus an access key. If you want a complete setup with nozzle, hose, and battery cables, look at the Base Bracket Kit (F00250K00) or 2" Direct Mount Kit (F00250D10).
Will it monitor or protect my battery?
No. Piusi explicitly state that the 3000 Supreme does not monitor battery state of charge and does not protect the battery from over-discharge. Pair it with a smart battery isolator or DC monitoring system if that's a concern on your install.
Is it ATEX rated?
No. The 3000 Supreme is not ATEX certified, so it cannot be used legally in classified hazardous areas. For petrol or aviation fuels in Zone 1 / Zone 2 environments, look at the Piusi EX100 or Panther EX 56.
What does the smartphone app do?
Pair via Bluetooth to dispense fuel, set per-driver authorisation, track volumes per fill, and download dispensing reports. It's offline-friendly - data syncs to the cloud when you have signal, useful for remote sites.
Can it run on solar setups?
Yes - the 12-24V DC range covers most off-grid solar systems. Just confirm your battery bank can deliver 16 A continuously at 12V, or 8 A at 24V, plus headroom for the start-up surge.
