Built for tank farms
You have three CON tanks on-site, one fill point, and a loader that needs 800 litres a shift. The Linking Kit connects them into a shared network so you fill once and draw from any tank. DN80 (3") stainless pipework, full-bore fire-safe ball valves at each junction, ANSI 150# flanges for leak-free connections.
Flexible hoses absorb settlement
Tanks settle. Ground shifts. Hard pipework cracks under stress. That is why this kit includes stainless braided flex hoses between tanks. They absorb movement without leaking or stressing the flanges. The ball valves let you isolate a tank for maintenance or control fill rates independently.

A DN80 stainless pipework assembly that connects multiple CON self-bunded tanks into a shared fill or suction network, with fire-safe ball valves and flexible hoses.
Will the tanks self-balance when linked?
No. You control flow to each tank via the ball valves. Tanks do not equalise automatically.
Why are flexible hoses included?
Tanks settle over time, especially on compacted ground. Flex hoses absorb that movement without stressing the hard pipework or flanges.
What fittings are used?
ANSI 150# flanges throughout, DN80 (3") Schedule 10 304 stainless steel pipework, stainless braided flex hoses rated for fuel service.
What warranty and support apply?
