Complete air-driven system
This is not a loose pump head. You get pump, follower plate, nozzle and hose in one kit. Mount it on your 180kg grease drum, connect shop air, and you're filling grease guns or feeding auto-lube lines at 0.54kg/min. Air power means no sparks and no 240V cord to trip over in the workshop.
50:1 ratio for thick grease
Lower-ratio pumps struggle with NLGI 2 grease or work in cold sheds. The 50:1 air motor applies enough pressure without wasting compressed air. Graco engineered this for daily workshop use, not occasional top-ups.

What grease grades can it handle?
NLGI 0 to 2 grease typically. The 50:1 ratio provides enough pressure for most workshop lubricants. Check your grease spec sheet if running NLGI 3 or specialty compounds.
Do I need a specific air pressure?
Most Graco air pumps run on standard workshop air (6-8 bar). Consult the pump data plate or contact us if your site runs non-standard pressure.
Can I use this on smaller drums?
The follower plate is sized for 180kg drums. For 20kg pails or 50kg drums you need a different follower diameter. Call 07 3204 2240 and we'll match the right kit.
What warranty and support is included?
