Air-operated 3:1 oil transfer pump for 205 litre (44 gallon) drums. 9.8 L/min flow, 51.7 bar max output pressure, 1/2" BSPT outlet. Includes 907 mm down tube and adjustable bung adapter. Suits engine oils, ATFs, gear oils, hydraulic fluids and 20W-50 motor oil. Direct off-the-shelf workshop replacement.
Three inches of pulling power, all day on shop air
The LD's 3-inch air motor moves more oil per cycle than the 2-inch motors on competitor drum pumps, and Graco's patent-pending cup-and-plate design eliminates the wear-prone O-rings that send older pumps to the service bench. Run it at 8-10 bar shop air, dispense 9.8 L/min into oil control nozzles or inline meters, walk away.

907 mm down tube + adjustable bung adapter, ready out of the carton
Drops straight onto any standard 205 L oil drum with a 2" NPT bung. The adjustable adapter takes up slack on shorter drums; the 907 mm steel down tube reaches the bottom of a full 200 L without modification. BSPT threads throughout - the AU/UK standard - so existing workshop hoses and meters connect without thread adapters.

Contact UsWill this pump handle 20W-50 motor oil?
Yes - the LD 3:1 is rated for engine oils, motor oils, ATFs, gear oils and hydraulic fluids at typical workshop temperatures. 20W-50 sits comfortably in the middle of that range. For very cold mornings (sub-5°C) you will see a flow drop until the oil warms up, which is normal for any air-operated pump.
What size drum does this fit?
Standard 205 litre (44 gallon, sometimes called 55 US gallon) steel drums with a 2 inch NPT bung. The adjustable bung adapter screws straight into the drum and the 907 mm down tube reaches the bottom without modification.
Will this pump petrol or diesel?
No. This is an oil-only pump. The wetted parts and seals are rated for non-corrosive lubricants. For diesel transfer use a dedicated diesel pump like the Piusi PB series or a Husky AODD pump. For petrol you need an ATEX Zone 0 rated dispenser.
How much air do I need to run it?
8 to 10 bar (110 to 150 psi) at the pump inlet is plenty. The pump uses a 1/4 inch BSPT air connection and is happy on any shop compressor outputting 60 LPM or more of free air at 8 bar. For continuous high-flow work, plumb it close to the compressor to avoid pressure drop in long air lines.
Can I use this with a hose reel and oil control valve?
Yes - this is the standard pump pairing for Graco's XD-series hose reels and EM20 oil nozzles. The 1/2 inch BSPT outlet connects directly to Graco fluid hoses, swivels and inline meters like the Pulse Pro. See the Build the Dispense Kit section below.
