DN80 (3 inch) Y-pattern strainer in 316 stainless steel with 150# ANSI flanges. Protects pumps, meters and dispensing equipment from debris in fuel and oil lines.
Upstream protection
Pumps and meters do not like swarf, sediment or scale. This Y-strainer sits upstream and catches it. 316 stainless body and screen handle diesel, petrol, oil and AdBlue without corroding. 150# ANSI flanges bolt into standard industrial piping.
Field service without the drama
The Y-pattern puts the screen in a bottom chamber with its own clean-out plug. When the screen blocks, you remove the plug, pull the basket, clean or swap it, and button it back up. No need to break flanges or drain the whole line.

Can I service the screen without removing the whole strainer?
Yes. The Y-pattern has a bottom clean-out plug. Remove the plug, pull the screen, clean or replace it, and reassemble without breaking the flanged connections.
Is this suitable for AdBlue as well as diesel?
Yes. 316 stainless steel is compatible with diesel, petrol, oil and AdBlue. If you run different media through the same strainer, flush between changes.
What warranty and support is included?
