What does normally closed mean?
The valve stays shut when unpowered. Apply 24V DC and it opens. Power loss closes it automatically, giving you fail-safe shutoff.
Will this suit diesel and petrol?
Yes. Brass body and seal materials handle most petroleum fuels. Not recommended for aggressive solvents or biodiesel blends above B20 without checking compatibility.
Can I wire this to my existing pump controller?
If your controller has a 24V DC relay output, yes. Common setup for automated bowsers and fuel management systems. Check your controller spec first.
