What it does
The GO Fill FMS Pro Card Reader sits at your diesel or AdBlue dispensing point. Driver swipes a magstripe card, keys in the vehicle or plant number, then fills. Every transaction logs to the GO Fill controller with timestamp, volume, and ID. You get a record of who filled what equipment, when, without chasing paper dockets or guessing fuel use.
Magstripe, not RFID
This is proven card technology, not the latest proximity system. Cards are cheap, drivers already know how to swipe them, and the reader is lower cost than RFID hardware. The trade-off is a manual keypad step and a magnetic stripe that wears out over time. For fleets under 50 units that want basic accountability without premium spend, that trade-off makes sense.
