What it does
Overview

What it does

Fuel leaves the tank, air comes in through the vent. Simple as that. Without a vent, you get vacuum lock: the pump struggles, flow drops, and in bad cases the tank walls buckle inward. This updraft vent stops all of that by letting atmospheric pressure equalise as you dispense. No valves, no moving parts, just a clear path for air when the tank needs it.

Who this suits
Key benefit

Who this suits

Sites running basic diesel or oil dispensing where a tank vent is mandatory but budget is tight. Construction yards, agricultural sheds, workshop fuel storage. If you need the function without paying for features you will never use, this is the unit. It is not a breather with flame arrestor or pressure-vacuum relief. It is a straightforward updraft vent that gets the job done and stays out of your way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find your answer?

Contact Us
What is the GO Fill updraft tank vent?

A DN50 vent that lets air into your tank as fuel is drawn out, preventing vacuum lock. Screws into a 2 inch BSP female tank port and does its job without fuss.

Why do I need a tank vent?

Without a vent, drawing fuel creates negative pressure inside the tank. That starves the pump, slows dispensing, and can even collapse thin-walled tanks. The vent equalises pressure as you pump.

What does updraft mean?

Air enters through the top when liquid is drawn from below. It is a simple, passive design with no valves or floats to jam or service.

Will this fit my tank?

If your tank has a 2 inch BSP female port, yes. DN50 is standard for mid-sized diesel and oil tanks on worksites and in workshops.

What is the warranty and who do I contact?

12-month manufacturer warranty on defects. No moving parts means there is not much to go wrong. For fitment questions or bulk orders, email sales@goind.com.au or phone 07 3204 2240.
