A tank-in-tank AdBlue storage system with Q235 carbon steel outer shell, 304 stainless steel inner tank, and lockable pump bay. Certified to AS1940 and AS1692 for compliant bulk dispensing without a separate bund.
What does self-bunded mean?
The inner tank sits inside the outer shell, so if the inner tank leaks the outer shell catches it. You do not need to build or maintain a separate concrete or steel bund around the unit.
Why 304 stainless steel for the inner tank?
AdBlue is corrosive to mild steel and some alloys. 304 stainless steel wetted surfaces resist corrosion, keeping the fluid clean and the tank serviceable long-term.
What is the actual usable capacity?
Total volume is 5,500 litres. Safe fill level is 5,000 litres to allow for thermal expansion and to meet certification requirements.
What about warranty and support?
