This kit runs entirely on 12V solar power. The 100W panel keeps the 120Ah battery topped up, so you refuel equipment on remote sites without a generator or mains hookup. Pump delivers 80 L/min - fast enough for a 200-litre ute tank in under three minutes.
Field-proven components
Built around Piusi and Adam by Piusi units used across mining, agriculture and construction. The mechanical meter needs no batteries. The A120 nozzle shuts off when the tank's full. The FT10XA filter traps water and sediment before they reach your engine. All parts are stocked locally for quick turnaround.

A complete 80 L/min diesel transfer system powered by a 100W solar panel and 120Ah battery. Includes pump, hose reel, meter, nozzle, filtration and all mounting hardware - designed for off-grid trailer installation.
How long does the battery last between refuels?
Runtime depends on daily fuel volume. The 120Ah battery supports multiple fills per day, and the 100W panel recharges during daylight. For heavy daily use (500+ litres), expect the battery to recharge fully overnight in good sun.
Can I run this kit without the solar panel?
Yes. The battery can be charged from a mains charger or vehicle alternator. The solar panel simply eliminates the need to plug in or run a generator.
What trailer size do I need?
A standard box trailer (6x4 or larger) gives enough deck space for the pump assembly, battery box, solar panel and a 200-400 litre bunded tank. Exact layout depends on your tank choice.
What warranty and support comes with the kit?
