No power, no drift
The Fill-Rite 901 uses a mechanical register to count litres as fuel flows through. No batteries to change, no electronics to fail in dusty yards or wet weather. The trip counter resets for each job; the totaliser tracks cumulative volume for audit trails and maintenance scheduling.
DN40 fits mid-flow lines
1.5 BSP female connection suits diesel pumps in the 100-150 L/min range. Heavier than a digital meter at 10 kg, but that's the trade for mechanical reliability. Install inline between pump and hose reel or nozzle.

What fuels can I meter with this unit?
Diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Not rated for aggressive chemicals or high-viscosity fluids.
Do I need to calibrate it?
Factory-calibrated. Mechanical meters can drift over time with heavy use; you can recalibrate using a known volume if required.
Can I reset the totaliser?
No. The totaliser tracks lifetime volume and cannot be reset. The trip counter resets to zero for tracking individual fills or shifts.
What warranty and support apply?
