AdBlue is corrosive to mild steel and brass. Stainless fittings resist urea corrosion and last longer in DEF service without pitting or thread damage.
Can I use this hose for diesel as well?
No. AdBlue hoses use a liner formulated for urea. Cross-contamination between diesel and AdBlue will damage SCR systems and violate fluid purity standards.
