DONALDSON DUAL-FILTER VENTING FOR BULK FUEL STORAGE
Donaldson TRAP filtered tank breather assembly on a DN80 (3") 304 stainless steel welded spool (made in Australia by GO Industrial), fitted with 2 x Donaldson P506159 1 1/2" TRAP breathers and 2 x DN40 (1 1/2") emergency relief valves. Rated for a 1,000 L/min tank fill rate; removes moisture and particulate from intake air on bulk diesel and lubricant tanks.
Stop contamination at the vent
Bulk fuel tanks breathe as product is dispensed and temperature changes. Without proper filtration, that breathing cycle pulls dust, moisture, and airborne crud straight into your stored diesel or AdBlue. The Donaldson TRAP dual-filter assembly mounts on the tank vent port and stops contaminants before they reach the product. Stainless steel and brass construction handles years of outdoor exposure and corrosive vapours.
Fits standard tank ports
DN80 and DN40 connections suit the vent ports on most 5,000 to 50,000 litre bulk tanks. No custom fabrication or hard-to-source adapters. Mount the assembly, connect to the vent port, and the tank is protected. Filter elements are field-replaceable when service intervals arrive.
