Identical spec to the hose that comes pre-fitted on every new Cube 56, Cube 70, Cube 90, EX50 ATEX kit, and ST transfer pump leaving our warehouse. NBR rubber cover with anti-static synthetic textile reinforcement, swaged stainless steel ferrules, 1" BSP male crimped fittings on both ends with O-ring sealing. When you replace, replace with the same OEM-approved part - not a generic substitute.

NBR construction handles up to 50% aromatics
A diesel-only hose hardens, swells, and eventually fails when you put petrol through it - the aromatics attack the rubber. This hose is rated for unleaded petrol up to 50% aromatic content, plus diesel and kerosene. So if your installation handles mixed fuels, or if you're upgrading a diesel-only setup to also run petrol, this is the same hose you can keep using. Anti-static reinforcement bonds both fittings to ground for safe dissipation.

Yes. Every Cube 56, Cube 70, and Cube 90 made in the last 10+ years uses 1" BSP male outlet. Wind off the old hose, fit a new O-ring, wind on this one.
Is it OK for petrol or just diesel?
Both. The NBR cover with anti-static reinforcement is rated for unleaded petrol up to 50% aromatics, diesel, and kerosene. For aviation fuels (AVGAS, Jet A) check our aviation hose range.
Is it the same hose Piusi supplies on a new Cube?
Yes - identical OEM specification. Same hose we ship out on every new Cube 56, 70, and 90 leaving the warehouse.
Do I need different fittings for an EX50 kit?
No. The EX50 kit uses the same 1" BSP male connections as the Cube range. F1815100A is the standard replacement across most of the Piusi pump-kit lineup.
What's the maximum working pressure?
The hose is rated for the typical 1.5 to 2.5 bar pump output of Piusi self-priming vane pumps. It's not a high-pressure hose - don't use it on positive-displacement pumps over 5 bar.
Is the hose conductive for static dissipation?
Yes. The synthetic textile reinforcement carries a conductive thread that bonds the two end fittings, allowing static charge to dissipate to the pump frame and grounding circuit.
