Banlaw refuelling nozzles offer the highest reliable flow-rate capability with a proven safety record. The BNM800M moves 800 lpm of diesel through a dry break connection that avoids spills and sprays even at full speed, while the ball-locking mechanism ensures the nozzle cannot fly off under pressure. It is the natural choice for high-flow industrial diesel filling.

Installed with correctly matched Banlaw receivers and tank vents, the BNM800M shuts off automatically when the tank is full. The Medium spring setting is the industry standard - the operator simply connects, fills and the system handles the rest. That makes it equally at home in manual refuelling and robotic / automated refuelling installations.

Contact UsWhat does the Medium spring setting mean?
Medium is the industry-standard shut-off pressure and the most commonly used setting. The nozzle senses back pressure from a correctly matched receiver and vent, then shuts off when the tank is full. Light and Heavy settings are available for thin-walled tanks or long remote-fill pipework respectively - talk to GO Industrial if you are unsure which suits your site.
Will the BNM800M fit my existing receivers?
The 800 Series connects to the most commonly encountered dry break receiver size, so it is completely interchangeable with other equipment brands. The inlet is 2" NPT female. For automatic shut-off you need correctly matched Banlaw receivers and tank vents.
Does it come with a plug?
Yes. The nozzle is supplied with a plug that keeps loose soil and contaminants out when a holster or anchor is not being used. Replacement plugs, holsters and anchors are available separately.
What fluids is it suitable for?
Diesel and similar fluids. It is engineered for high-flow industrial diesel refuelling on mine sites, rail, ports, construction, fleets and forestry.
