DRIVE-AWAY PROTECTION ENGINEERED BY BANLAW
Banlaw galvanised-steel Dry-Break Nozzle Holsters for 800lpm and 1000lpm series refuelling nozzles. An internal electronic proximity switch drives the drive-away protection system, alerting operators when a nozzle is still connected. Tall fixed-stand or short service-truck / platform-mount versions.
Why the holster matters
On a busy mine site or service-truck run, the nozzle holster does more than tidy up the hose. It is the home for the dry-break nozzle and the trigger point for drive-away protection. A drive-away with the nozzle still connected can rupture the dispensing system, spill fuel and put bystanders at risk. The holster keeps the nozzle stored, clean and monitored so refuelling stays safe and equipment stays in service.
Proximity-switch drive-away protection
Each holster contains an internal electronic proximity switch. It detects whether the refuelling nozzle is correctly seated in the holster, and that signal can drive visual and audible alarms such as a traffic light. Operators get a clear warning before they move, so a moment of distraction does not become a torn-out hose, a damaged pump or a fuel spill. Galvanised steel construction stands up to the weather, dust and impacts of heavy-duty sites.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find your answer?
Contact UsWhat is a Banlaw Dry-Break Nozzle Holster?
A galvanised-steel holster that securely stores a dry-break refuelling nozzle when not in use. It keeps contaminants out to extend nozzle life and houses the proximity switch that enables drive-away protection.
How does the drive-away protection work?
An internal electronic proximity switch detects whether the nozzle is correctly stored in the holster. When the nozzle is still connected to a vehicle, the switch can trigger visual and/or audible alarms (such as a traffic light) to alert the operator before they drive off.
What is the difference between the short and tall versions?
The tall version is a fixed-stand holster for ground or pad mounting. The short version has no stand and is designed for mounting onto existing raised platforms or service trucks.
Which nozzles do these holsters suit?
Holsters are available to suit Banlaw 800lpm or 1000lpm series dry-break nozzles and equivalent third-party nozzles. Select the variant that matches your nozzle series and mounting requirement.
What is the warranty and how do I order?
Banlaw OEM quality engineered for mining and heavy fleet refuelling. For technical support, the matching nozzle, bulk orders or a quote, contact sales@goind.com.au or 07 3204 2240.
