Jubilee Energy specialise in delivering high-capacity, reliable power solutions tailored to the most demanding environments. We recently completed the site commissioning for a 40-foot containerised generator project in Brendale, designed to support an unmanned operation in Mackay.
The GO Touch — Power Meets Precision
The heart of this setup is a robust 1,500 kW generator, housed inside a purpose-built 40-foot shipping container. To keep it running without interruption, we integrated a fuel management system built around:
- 3,000 L day tank: immediate fuel supply to the generator.
- 11,000 L store tank: primary reservoir that replenishes the day tank.
- Automatic transfer pumps: kick in whenever the day tank drops below 35%, so the system never runs dry.

Smart Automation and Safety
Because the system is destined for an unmanned site, automation was a critical requirement. The setup includes an iFUEL Lite fuel management system, allowing operators to track fuel usage and dispense fuel for on-site vehicles with ease.
Safety is paramount in our designs. We’ve built in multi-layered contingencies, including:
- High-high float alarms: automatically shut down the refuelling process if levels exceed safety thresholds.
- Low-level cut-offs: stop operation if the bulk tank falls below 10% to protect the pumps and engine.

Rigorous Testing for Remote Success
Before shipping to Mackay, every component went through a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). From the automatic relay signals through to the 1,500 kW load test, our team made sure every wire and pump was calibrated before it left the shop.
