ABOUT THIS RANGE

Dispensing nozzles for every fuel type

GO Fill stocks manual and automatic shut-off fuel nozzles from Piusi, Elaflex ZVA, and Adam by Piusi. Available in flow rates from 60lpm to 280lpm for diesel, petrol, oil, and AdBlue dispensing.

Automatic shut-off prevents overfills

Automatic nozzles sense when the vehicle tank is full and shut off the flow — preventing spills and overfills. Essential for unattended or high-volume dispensing operations. Manual trigger nozzles suit smaller operations and drum dispensing.

ATEX options for petrol and hazardous areas

ATEX-rated nozzles are available for petrol dispensing and classified hazardous zone applications. Standard diesel nozzles do not require ATEX rating in most configurations.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do I need an automatic or manual nozzle?

Automatic nozzles are recommended for vehicle refuelling — they prevent overfills and spills by shutting off when the tank is full. Manual trigger nozzles suit drum dispensing, machinery top-ups, and low-volume applications where the operator controls flow.

What size nozzle inlet do I need?

Match the nozzle inlet to your hose and pump outlet size — typically DN20 (3/4") for pumps up to 80lpm, DN25 (1") for 80–140lpm, and DN32 (1-1/4") or DN50 (2") for high-flow applications above 140lpm.

Should I add a swivel?

Yes. A swivel between the hose and nozzle prevents hose twisting and extends hose life. Most nozzles include an integral swivel, but check the product description — some are nozzle-only.

Need help matching a nozzle to your setup?

Tell us your fluid type, flow rate, and pump model — we'll recommend the right nozzle and swivel.
