Common Questions
Do I need an automatic or manual nozzle?
Automatic nozzles are recommended for vehicle refuelling — they prevent overfills and spills by shutting off when the tank is full. Manual trigger nozzles suit drum dispensing, machinery top-ups, and low-volume applications where the operator controls flow.
What size nozzle inlet do I need?
Match the nozzle inlet to your hose and pump outlet size — typically DN20 (3/4") for pumps up to 80lpm, DN25 (1") for 80–140lpm, and DN32 (1-1/4") or DN50 (2") for high-flow applications above 140lpm.
Should I add a swivel?
Yes. A swivel between the hose and nozzle prevents hose twisting and extends hose life. Most nozzles include an integral swivel, but check the product description — some are nozzle-only.
