DN40 aluminium pressure regulator valve for diesel and fuel transfer systems. Protects pumps and downstream equipment by maintaining safe operating pressure.
Stops burst hoses
Pump pressure spikes happen. Quick stops, blocked filters, kinked lines. Without regulation, that spike travels straight to your hose and fittings. This valve bleeds off excess pressure before it gets there. Aluminium body keeps weight down on trailers and utes.
Workhorse spec, fair price
DN40 suits most 100-150 L/min diesel transfer rigs. Aluminium construction is lighter than cast iron and adequate for daily workshop or site use. Not top-shelf stainless, not trying to be. A solid mid-tier valve that does the job at $1,300.

DN40 (1.5 inch) BSP female connections on both inlet and outlet. Standard Australian fuel system fitting.
What fuels can it handle?
Diesel, petrol, and fuel oil. Not rated for water, chemicals, or food-grade liquids.
Do I need this if I already have a pump with a bypass valve?
Depends on your setup. A pump bypass protects the pump itself. This valve protects everything downstream: hoses, swivels, meters, nozzles. Belt-and-braces if you run high-flow or long hose runs.
What is covered under warranty and how do I get support?
