Cast iron frame
At 25 kg this isn't a portable unit you toss in the ute. It's depot kit: mount it once, use it daily. Cast iron stands up to forklift nudges, ute reversals, and years of hose pull. The spring mechanism is replaceable when wear eventually catches up.

Why 25mm instead of 19mm or 32mm?
25mm suits mid-to-high flow pumps (100-150 L/min typical). Larger bore than standard 19mm workshop reels, smaller than bulk depot 32mm lines.
What's the unit weight?
