Why suspend the hose
Overview

Why suspend the hose

Hoses left on the ground get run over, dragged through diesel spills, and kinked at the coupling. A mast keeps the hose at working height so it moves with the operator instead of fighting them. The counterweight does the lifting; the roller lets the hose travel the length of the boom without binding. Result: faster fills, longer hose life, and a cleaner bay.

Built for Australian fuel bays
Key benefit

Built for Australian fuel bays

GO Fill designed this mast for the conditions we see on-site: uneven concrete, tight clearances, operators in a hurry. The 30 kg rating covers a 10-metre hose run with a heavy nozzle. The GO Bun holder parks the nozzle off the ground when you're done. Bolt-down mount is stable enough for daily use but removable if you reconfigure the bay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Contact Us
What is the GO Fill Hose Mast?

A counterweighted boom that suspends your fuel or wash-down hose above the bay so it stays off the ground and moves smoothly with the operator. Includes a roller system and GO Bun nozzle holder.

What weight of hose can it handle?

Rated for 30 kg, which covers most standard fuel and wash-down hose runs up to 10 metres with nozzle attached.

Does it work with any hose type?

Yes. Diesel, petrol, AdBlue, or water wash-down hoses all work. The GO Bun holder fits standard nozzle boots.

How is it installed?

Bolt-down mount to a concrete slab. Installation takes about an hour. Full mounting template and hardware included. For site-specific install questions, call 07 3204 2240.

What's the warranty and support?

12 months on the mast and counterweight system. Roller bearings and holders are wear items. Australian-built, so parts and support are local. Contact sales@goind.com.au or 07 3204 2240.
