Does this reel include hose or nozzle?
No. This is the bare reel only. You supply hose, swivel fittings, and nozzle separately. Lets you match existing inventory or spec exactly what you need.
What thread type are the connections?
NPT thread. If your hose or swivel runs BSP, you will need NPT-to-BSP adapters (not included).
Can I mount this to a concrete wall?
Yes. Wall and ceiling mounting brackets are included. At 78 kg, make sure your anchors and substrate can handle the load when the reel is fully spooled with hose and fluid.
What is the warranty and how do I get support?
