Why 4-20mA matters
Most fleet telemetry, SCADA and tank gauge systems speak 4-20mA. It is the simplest industrial signal to wire and troubleshoot. If your controller accepts analog input, this sensor plugs straight in. No proprietary protocols, no software configuration, no digital handshake failures.
Submersible probe design
The probe sits in the fluid. As level rises and falls, the sensor outputs a proportional current signal from 4mA at empty to 20mA at full. The 1250mm length suits most upright diesel, AdBlue and oil tanks. Standard 2 inch BSP thread fits common tank bosses without adaptors.

It is a submersible probe that outputs a 4-20mA signal proportional to fluid level in a tank. The probe is 1250mm long and screws into a 2 inch BSP tank fitting.
What does 4-20mA mean and what do I connect it to?
4-20mA is a standard industrial analog signal. At empty the sensor outputs 4mA, at full it outputs 20mA. You wire it to a telemetry unit, PLC, or analog gauge that accepts 4-20mA input.
Will it work with my fuel or oil?
Yes for diesel, AdBlue, hydraulic oil and lubrication oil. Not suitable for petrol or aggressive solvents.
What if my tank is deeper or shallower than 1250mm?
The sensor will still work but you will not use the full 4-20mA range. For best accuracy match probe length to your tank depth. Contact sales@goind.com.au for other lengths.
What is the warranty and how do I get support?
