No electronics to fail
This is a float on a rod with a reed switch inside. When the float drops, a magnet closes the contacts. No circuit board, no sensor, no calibration menu. Mount it, set the float height, wire the two leads into your alarm or pump relay. If fuel drops below that level, you get a signal. That's the whole job.
Adjustable trigger point
The float slides up and down the 500mm probe. Set it at 100mm off the bottom if you want an early warning. Set it at 50mm if you want to run the tank nearly dry. Lock the collar and you're done. No need to buy multiple switches for different tanks or trigger levels.

A mechanical float switch with a 500mm adjustable probe. Mount it in your tank, set the float height to your trigger level, and wire the contacts into your alarm or pump interlock circuit.
How do I set the trigger level?
Loosen the collar on the probe, slide the float to the height you want the alarm or shutdown to trigger, then tighten. When fuel drops below that point, the reed switch closes the circuit.
Does it need power or a controller?
No. It's a passive normally-open switch. When the float drops, the contacts close. Wire it into any 12V or 24V alarm circuit or pump control relay.
What tanks does it suit?
Any tank with at least 500mm of vertical clearance and room to mount the bracket. Works in diesel, petrol, hydraulic oil, or lube oil. Not for water or corrosive chemicals.
What's the warranty and how do I get help?
